The Hearts Silent Cry

The streams are quiet,

And even the winds are still,

My heart won’t buy it,

But I’ll accept if it’s God’s will.

My body trembles,

And my skin is pale,

My mouth still fumbles,

For me you left not even a trail.

My heart has gone faint,

Don’t know if I will cope,

You were like a saint,

So, I know there’s hope.

May the Lord hold you,

In heaven’s safe room,

Your time was probably due,

But we never saw it loom.

Till we meet again

Hopefully at heaven’s gate

I wish you no pain,

Just a peaceful fate
